Hello Reader,
๐ Weekly Check-In
How are you? Seriously, hit reply and tell me.
I've been living somewhere between deep trust and wondering, what the heck is going on? On one hand, I've felt more alive than I have in a long timeโleading incredible one-on-one coaching sessions, hosting community calls, recording podcast episodes, and stretching myself through learning and growing alongside my own coaches. And on the other hand, I've been mourning the life I once knew. My oldest son recently turned 18, and he's really stepping into his adulthood with his own ideas, choices, and dreams. It's been a crash course in letting go, trusting, and allowing him to become who he's came here to be. There have been more tears than I expected, a deep dive into Human Design that explained so much, and the realization that no one really prepares you for this seasonโthe one where your baby, your firstborn, becomes a young adult. (And Mom...if you're reading this, I'm sorry for all my crazy decisions when I was 18. I get it now. โค๏ธ) So yes, it's been a season of celebrating the wins while alchemizing the lows, holding joy and grief in the same heart, and remembering that both can exist at once. Sending you so much love this week...and I'll gladly accept some back.
๐ On the Podcast This Week
This is the one I teased on Friday โ and it delivered. I sat down with Kelsey Aida โ best-selling author, alignment coach, and co-host of the top 1% podcast High Vibin' It โ for the version of manifesting I wish I'd had years ago. It isn't ask, believe, receive. It's ask, ALIGN, receive โ and that middle word is the whole thing. Because when your affirmations keep falling flat, it's usually not that you're doing it wrong โ it's resistance, quietly hiding somewhere you can't see it yet. Kelsey shares the one question that surfaces it in about 90 seconds, why alignment doesn't always feel good, and the reminder that stayed with me long after we stopped recording: you don't need to be ready. You need to start.
Where in your life are you asking with one hand and quietly blocking with the other?

๐ What's in the Sky?
Today's First Quarter Moon in Libra and then into Scorpio is the push point of the whole moon cycle โ the moment the universe nudges you to take one small, brave step toward the thing you've been quietly tending. You don't have to leap. You just have to lean in and trust.
Then it gets good: Wednesday the Sun enters Leo, and Thursday Mercury finally stations direct โ the fog you've been moving through for weeks lifts for real. (One gentle note: Mercury stays in its shadow until August 6, so give anything you finalize in late July an extra read before you hit send. Check out Friday's episode for more details on that.)
Your one word for the week: play.
This week, try:
- Taking one small brave step toward the thing you seeded โ then letting it be
- Finishing the conversation you've been circling: send the text, say the thank-you
- Doing one thing purely because it's fun โ no productivity reason, no monetizing it
One question to sit with: What's one thing I can do this week purely for the joy of it?
๐ฎ Card Pull
โจ The Five of Cups โ
The Five of Cups is the card of the spilled cups โ the ones we keep staring at long after they've fallen. In the image, the figure is so focused on what didn't work out that they haven't yet turned around to notice the two cups still standing, full, right behind them.
It's a tender card to pull in a week that's turning toward joy โ but that's exactly why it's here. These last few weeks may have stirred some grief up to the surface: a disappointment, an old wound, something that didn't go the way you hoped. Let yourself actually feel it. That's real, and rushing past it never works. And then โ gently, when you're ready โ turn around. The joy arriving this week isn't asking you to pretend the spill didn't happen. It's inviting you to notice the cups still full. The good that's still here. The beauty you can choose to look up and see.
As always: the cards aren't here to predict your future. They're a mirror for what's already stirring underneath.
A gentle reminder: tarot can be a meaningful tool for reflection and intuition rather than a way to predict fixed outcomes. Let this card serve as an invitation to notice where its message resonates in your own life.
๐ Journal prompts:
- What am I still quietly grieving or disappointed about โ and have I let myself actually feel it, rather than rush past it?
- Where am I asking for something with one hand and quietly blocking it with the other โ and what resistance might be hiding where I haven't looked yet?
- What's one small, brave step I can take this week โ not because I'm ready, but because starting is the point?
๐ซ Affirmation:
"I honor what's gone, and I let myself enjoy what's here."
